Stayed here for two nights, not two consecutive days, but stayed one night before going to Surabaya, and stayed another night after returning from Surabaya. I had to take a flight to Surabaya, so I left my big suitcase at the hotel to avoid trouble. As soon as I left the hotel, I found that I forgot to take the eye drops in the refrigerator. I contacted the hotel through Ctrip customer service to confirm that the eye drops were there. When I checked in again the next day, the housekeeper recognized me at the first time and took the eye drops out of the refrigerator and gave them to me. We were still upgraded to two garden villa rooms for free, and they also arranged the rooms of the previous day very considerately. The service of this hotel is really superb! Super cost-effective! There are no mosquitoes, very satisfied, highly recommended!

It was wonderful time at Rama. On arrival our room was upgraded from Deluxe to a Villa for free with nice view on the garden and pool area. The breakfast was so nice and fresh, service is quite good, staff is very helpful. Definitely will come again if travel this area. Just minus one point because of the dinner, duck was too dry, and there no any sauce. But apart from that the hotel is beautiful, especially its garden
