Pros: a gorgeous view of the sea from the main pool. And the proximity of the sea. Popular clubs are nearby, but you need to drive 20-30 minutes to the center of Canggu. The staff is generally friendly, although there are some dissatisfied ones.
Cons: the hotel is very old, all the plumbing should have been replaced a long time ago, furniture, pillows - everything is so old and does not work well, towels are gray, beach towels are in some stains. Breakfasts are very bad. Of the edible, only an omelet and a couple of fruits. Coffee is given at breakfast strictly 1 cup per person, God forbid to ask for a second - there begins a panic that you can't do this.
In general, we took it only because of the view of the main pool on the sea, considering the price, maybe such bad service is normal, it does not pull 5 stars in any way, well, maximum 3.

The hotel is right on the beach, the pool is beautiful, and the beach area next to the pool is a surfer's paradise!

Overall hotel and room felt a little tired, cleanliness was not the best (had stains on white sheets). Booked this as it was a 5 star hotel, but overall feel felt more like a 4.
