Interesting villa with its design, the only thing I didn't like was the pool, on one side is a wall, on the other is a living room, gloomy. No sun loungers. Noise from the road.

I was satisfied with the service, but for some reason, only my iPhone couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. When I asked the staff, it seemed that other customers had experienced the same problem, but no improvement was made and it remained the same. As a result, I didn't use Wi-Fi and instead used roaming. This was the only thing I was disappointed about.

Amazing villas and staff. Family of 4 from Australia . Highly recommend. Arya was super amazing attended to anything we needed! The food at resteraunt was fabulous as well and having a circle K across the road made it even better as we could grab anything we needed.

Had a great stay at Luwak! Everyone was so nice & friendly & went out of there way to make sure our stay was wonderful! Even called my room when we overslept to make sure we got breakfast before they closed! Was unable to do the flower pool decoration cause of the unpredictability of the rain but the staff still decorated my kids beds & their bathtub with flowers! Absolutely amazing! Wish more resorts treated their guests like this! There's also a convenience store across the street for snacks & it's a short driving distance to Ubud market & monkey Sanctuary (but hotel does have a free shuttle)

The staff really went out of there way to make sure our stay was comfortable & exceeded expectations! Only thing i didnt know is that rooms are not "together". Booked a 2 bedroom & my room was in one private space & 2nd bedroom was maybe 10 steps outside. But its a private space with a separate outside living room with kitchen & your own private pool
