The hotel environment is good. The service is really good. I stayed for five consecutive days. I booked two days and my partner booked three days. On the first day of check-in, they helped us upgrade the room type. The breakfast is also good with a lot of variety. There is a free shuttle bus to Dream Beach. The front desk will also ask if you need it. But the bed smells bad. It has never seen the smell of the sun when it is dried in the shade. I still prefer a fragrant room. The hotel service is OK, the staff is quite enthusiastic, the hotel does not install a generator, once Bali has a power outage, the room has no air conditioning and lighting, there is no elevator in the lobby, the TV is too small and the size of a microwave, the breakfast is average, the spa is okay, overall it is average

For sure not a place I would return: communication with staff (who doesn’t speak properly English) is a pain. While there are ample facilities (2 pools, 2 billiard tables), everything is old and dated. Location also isn’t really that appealing (unless you’re into golf as it’s right next to the court). In the end I decided to change my booking as I couldn’t bear it any longer at that place. The only valid reason it’s cheap but well, you get what you pay for.

Good 4* hotel. Located next to golf courses, to leave the territory you need to walk for 15 minutes. There is a lot of garbage on the Dreamland beach.
