Friendly and top notch service. The location is good, walking distance to plenty of good eateries, spa and small shops. The room is spacious , clean and comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is that the jetted tub has small pieces of residues which don't seem to be able to wash off. On the whole, I highly recommend Kanishka.

Location is good with many eateries n massage spa. The rooms are big except the room on the 2nd floor is hot due to the weather . Service is superb. Requested them to clean the pool n it was done perfectly n everyday we had someone attending to it . There is Netflix except the TV in the living room is about 45” which i think its small due to the large living room space. Moreover there are No TV inside the rooms . Kitchen is fully furnished but i dont recommend cooking as the stove is really run down looking . Due to the age of these villas it really need some reoair n refurbishment. But if u are not fussy about the age n looking for relax, this is the place .
All the staffs and service are really top notch .

It's not highly recommended, but it can be used by young people with a large group of people. The area is large enough, and it's located in the villa area of India Street. There are large supermarkets and laundry rooms nearby. If you send it there early, you can pick it up folded and ironed on the same day.

Environment: A huge villa with a large toilet and bathroom. It also has a terrace courtyard with a terrace bath, which is enough for a family of three or a couple.
Surroundings: There are restaurants and bars all around, and there is a dry cleaner not far away. Dry cleaners are life-saving.
Service: I have to say that this is the best hotel we stayed in when we came to Bali. Breakfast was delivered directly to the courtyard, and someone cleaned it regularly. There was someone on duty 24 hours a day.
