There was a big shopping mall nearby, so it was nice that there were many air-conditioned cafes, restaurants, and places to shop!
I got sunburned and it was hard, but the front desk staff were kind and tried to help me, so I was grateful.
There was a convenience store right across the hotel, and a drugstore and restaurant 5 minutes away, so it was convenient.
The breakfast restaurant turns into a live bar in the evening, and I couldn't enjoy it because I got sunburned, but the atmosphere was really nice.
The breakfast was disappointing compared to the visuals, but the basic menu was well-prepared and it was clean, so it was nice.
If I go back next time, I want to swim in the rooftop pool and watch the sunsetㅎㅎ

Service was good to great, location is perfect! Only disappointment was the rooftop pool, little atmosphere with no music (advised speakers didn’t work) and bar service as a pay as you go rather than a preferred pay at end option; would stay and drink at the rooftop if service/atmosphere was more accommodating. Breakfast was great value!

Excellent service by friendly and helpful staff. Room is huge, clean and spacious. Good location near Seminyak Village and many good restaurants like Chandi, Ultimo, etc.
