If visiting Bali with the fam, definitely recommend Hardrock. There is so much to do for the kids and plenty of options around the hotel for a fun few days. Great service from super friendly staff, clean property with all that you need. The pool area is amazing!

The hotel is great! The room is clean, cozy, the robes are great, the bathroom is spacious, the toiletries are high-quality, the balcony has a beautiful view of the courtyard.
The balcony itself is not really a balcony. You can stand outside, but you can't put a chair there - it's too narrow.
The breakfasts are great - a buffet with a very good variety of dishes. Even soups and hearty main courses for breakfast. The coffee is good. Lots of fruit.
The pools are great. There are two of them. One is big with slides, a bar, sand at the bottom (for me, this was really surprising). The second is a lounge, in the courtyard. But not everyone understands what a lounge is, so it can be noisy there, unfortunately.
The hotel has a great rock bar with live music in the evening, it's really cool!
I recommend the hotel!

The swimming pool is clean, stainfree, and well maintained. The toilets nearby can be renovated to have more modern and chic feel. Location is 8min walk to beach walk shopping.
