Stayed for 4 nights and would never stay there again. Toilet blocked after first flush and took 4 hours for someone to fix it. Raw sewage leaked from the toilet across the floor from the toilet the entire time. Great design villa but it was very ‘Run Down’ and in dire need of renovations. The restaurant staff are pretty useless and pretty much stuff up every order we placed. Overall staying there made us feel ‘dirty’ especially after brown sludge came out of the tap we were using to brush our teeth! My suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs!

From the moment we arrived I realised this place was a nightmare. 3 bedroom Villa not suited for children at all as all rooms are seperated in different sections so could not sleep as family . Very very old villa .My kids were actually scared to stay here .bathroom facilities all outside , mosquitoes are everywhere , aircon in one of the rooms turns off all the time , animal comes at night and poos everywhere in outdoor area . We had no television or internet for two days of our stay due to a storm, garden flooded and kids couldn’t access room upstairs .Staff just smile it off and don’t care . Breakfast is terrible . Very scary location entering to it or to the beach is very Isolated and scary walking at night . Worst place ever stayed in Bali and I have travelled to Bali over ten times .

Exclusive and atmospheric. Beautiful gardens surrounding villas, pool and restaurant. All very enchanting. The number one asset here is the staff. Professional and friendly. We only ate breakfast here and the muesli is delicious, Coffee hot and the juices fresh.

Beautiful small villa complex in Balinese style. Very spacious room with a very nice super king-size bed. Large ensuite bathroom with an outdoor rain shower and bath. Living room with outdoor kitchen with high canopy, comfortable chairs, table and lounge sofa. Large refrigerator and water dispenser with cold and hot water. From the living room and bedroom you look out onto a well-maintained garden with a lovely private swimming pool. Service is great and the breakfast is also excellent. This can also be visited in your room if you wish. There is a large swimming pool centrally located between the villas and also one for the little ones. The garden here is also well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed it for 6 days! From the villas it is 200 meters to the beach with a few nice warungs via a shortcut. There is also a very good oyster restaurant Oyster Dealer. From there you can enjoy the setting sun in peace.

Villa overall was good. Fresh towels and linen, always cleaned well. Taps on sink so hard to move due to lime scale. Too much chlorine in pools and not enough sun loungers. Green hair! Not enough staff in restaurant causing slow service. Great location but beach litter and pollution a problem. Burning of rubbish everywhere causing toxic fumes. Villa resort across the road is good for pool and loungers with swim up bar and food service. 50,000 IDR per lounger for the day, approx £2.50pp.

We stayed for 10 days, in two different villas. The villas are nice and private with your own pool and well eqquipd. The staff is very helpful at any time, and gives service with a smile a new dimension. We would recomend Bali Aroma to anyone who plans a relaxing stay i Seminyak area. Bjorn

Small villa. Pics make it look big. Says has microwave, fan and dining area etc but it doesn’t. They did go and get us a pedestal fan. We came from the best villa at Bali Emerald Villa in Sanur and it doesn't even compare. Food orders always wrong. Soggy wet spinach put on toastie to have a sloppy mess. Green hair from pool. Staff were friendly. Over priced and bland food. Pool filter doesn't work, even after we cleaned it.
