It was really a pleasant stay.I booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to premium deluxe room 3102.It was decorated nicely with anniversary wishes and cake.Thank you Courtyard by Marriot.The breakfast pastries especially the Bomboloni was awesome.Definitely will come back again although this is my second time stay in Courtyard.

It was my first time in Bali. As soon as I entered the hotel, I heard traditional Indonesian musicians playing music, which was full of cultural atmosphere. The waiters were all polite and smiling. The restaurant is next to the swimming pool, and there are squirrels and birds for company in the morning! Quite casual and freehand.

I liked the hotel very much. The room is clean and cozy, good pillows and mattress. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, and what a nice pool! And by the way, there were never many people in the pool, although at breakfast it was clear that the hotel was full. Breakfasts are very varied, there is European, Indian, Asian food. I was pleased with the presence of microgreens and cold meats like jamon. At lunch they treat you to fruit and juice.
A shuttle takes you to the beach, the hotel has its own beach club. During our stay in October, unfortunately, there was a lot of algae, we went swimming to the right, where it is cleaner.
I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location - near the Nusa Dua beach and Bali collection. Able to see the beautiful beach and also shop around the vicinity. Service was also good, staff were polite and were quick to respond to requests.
However, there were issues with cleanliness. The bedsheets had stains on them. I had asked for a change the next day. The door handles were not clean as well. The bathroom sink was also clogged. I had to get them to fix it almost every day I was there.
The soundproofing of the rooms was also poor. I could hear babies crying in the middle of the night and it was very disruptive for sleeping.
Even at the low price point with its convenient location, I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking for a restful relaxing stay.
