Hari Indah Boutique Hotel & Spa

The hotel environment is the same as the picture, but the facilities in the room are not as good as expected. There is a lot of sand on the luggage every day... It would be better if the breakfast variety was richer

The treasure boutique B&B I found has only five rooms in total. The rooms are nice, but the most comfortable part is the public area. It is very comfortable, with few people and quiet, especially suitable for relaxing. This is my favorite place. If I have to say a shortcoming, it is that the breakfast is ordinary, but it is really comfortable!

The facility is perfect in every way. The beds are comfortable and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly. We were very comfortable and the food was also delicious. We were very pleased. We would love to come again. Thanks again and again to the Hari Indah Boutique hotel for everything.

The hotel entrance is charming and very welcoming; it also serves as a dining room and lounge. The tables are decorated with English-style tea/coffee sets. It's flowery and romantic. The small pool (more like a large pond) is a pleasant place to cool off. The double room with pool view is nice and comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent and the homemade jams are delicious. A special mention for Manager Hari and his staff who were very kind during my stay. Hari helped me resolve a last-minute problem (my Denpasar-Singapore flight was canceled without being notified by LION) and resolved it the day before my departure. This schedule change forced me to leave the hotel at 6 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. As I couldn't have breakfast that morning, Hari offered me dinner the day before, as the dish was on the breakfast menu. What a lovely gesture! Thank you Hari, thank you also to the young man who was there this morning at 6am and who solved another problem (my taxi scheduled for 6am announced that it would arrive at 11am... the young man called the driver to confirm the time. In short, without their help I would have lost all my flights to Europe. A big thank you! I recommend this hotel. Pat the cuddly dog ​​Indah!!

Otelde şubat 2024 ayında iki gece kaldık, seçme sebebimiz sakin bir otel olması ve çevreyi rahatça gezebilme olanağı sağlamasıydı. En başta belirtmeliyimki otel temiz ve duş bölümleri çok iyi… oteldeki en temel sorun fiyat fayda dengesindeki tutarsızlık. Örnegin bu kadar sıcak bir iklimde odalarda minibar yok… çalışanlar bölgeyle bir ilgileri yok size herhangi bir yorum ve tavsiyede bulunamıyorlar . Sürekli menajer bilir diyorlar ama menajeri bulmak maalesef çok zor. Spa tanıtımı yapılıyor ama spa dedikleri şey sadece iki masaj yatağından ibaret. Yanıltıcı reklam yapıyorlar maalesef. Bu arada öyle gözüküyorki otel herşeyden para kazanma derdinde. Önce transfer ayarlamak istedim 350k fiyat verildi aplikasyondan bakınca ayni yere fiyatın 250 k olduğunu görmüştüm niye böyle diye sorduğumda aldığım yanıt çok ilginçti ‘’ BİZ OTEL SERVİSİ VERİYORUZ’’ Dediler. Dahada ilğinci kahvaltıda tek bir reçel alabiliyorsunuz normalde reçel yiyen birisi değilim ama bunun bu şekilde lanse edilmesi oldukça can sıkıcı, dahası kahvaltıda sadece bir çay veya kahve alabilirsiniz ikinciyi isterseniz şak diye 45000 alıyorlar yani neredeyse 3 dollar… burada sorun elbette 3 dollar degil ama müşteriyi yollunacak kaz görmeleri ayıp… ayni fiyata hatta daha ucuz fiyatlara Balide konakladığımız başka hiç bir otelde bunları yaşamadık… turisti bir misafir degil yolunacak kaz olarak görmeleri hoş degil… Balide kaldığımız diğer otellerde bunu hissetmezken burada maalesef rahatsız olacak kadar hissettik. Halbuki bu otelin fiyatlarında ve çok daha ucuzuna fiyat fayda dengesi iyi olan bir çok otel olduğunu maalesef Baliye geldikten sonra anladık.
