Случилось то,что испортило отношение к данному отелю максимально негативно, украли деньги аж 2 раза: 1 раз пошли на массаж, оставили сумки у входа, там стояла тумбочка, положили вещи, когда рассчитывались, обратили внимание,что денег стало меньше,чем было, пришли в номер, пересчитали, и 800 тыс не было. Так как доказать не представлялось возможным, то решили забыть про это и радоваться отдыху (это случилось в 1 день нашего приезда). В день выезда утром обнаружили снова пропажу денег из сумки, они лежали отдельно не в кошельке.(перед сном проверили, все было на месте). Сумма небольшая, всего 250 тыс, но так продолжаться больше не может (украсть могли,когда спали, так как было жарко и открыли двери), подошли на ресепшен, обещали разобраться с ситуацией,но в течение 6 часов,пока мы были в центре, с нами никто не связался. Мы звонили менеджеру, но он сказал, что на камерах ничего не показало, ничем не можем помочь...... В общем, больше никогда не вернемся в этот отель и никому не советуем!

We booked a room for a night only for the pool view and for the floating breakfast experience.The villa is looking really nice and the pool view is amazing but the bathroom was old unfortunately could do a refurbishing, the bed was comfortable the villa is really quiet the food and drink options are limited but you can find something to please yourself, the receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful her name start with an N so special thanks for her :) she takes very nice pictures. So the floating breakfast is really Instagram worthy we loved the pool area , it’s only 4 seat but it’s ok . They provide toothpaste toothbrush and shower shampoo conditioner toilet paper and towers for pool too . I would recommend this place for one or two night it’s worth the price but not for longer stay .If you have problem with legs or cardio ask a room upstairs cuz the steps are really tall and could be hard to go up and down .

We have just checked out of a 6 night stay at Doni House & Villas! We had an amazing stay and want to thank all the staff for their help and hard work! They made us feel really welcome! The rooms were clean, the bed was incredibly comfy and the pool is stunning! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for accomodation in the Ubud area! Thank you again for an incredible stay! 🥰👏
