重要的事説三遍：海景套房隔音真的很差很差很差，如果睡眠不好，千萬別選！第一個晚上住海景套房，我們一家基本上都沒睡好，海浪聲和打雷一樣，不到凌晨退潮根本沒法睡（我們住過很多海邊酒店，可以肯定的是硬件設計問題）。第二天和酒店交涉，酒店給的方案是調整到園景房但不能退差價，哪有因為酒店設施原因沒休息好調整房間還給降級的道理？我們提出那提前退房，酒店也不同意，把差價折成消費也不同意，衹同意第三天延遲退房。整個給的感覺就是特別死板或者叫傲慢。最後是攜程退了差價才解決。否則這次旅行心情會被搞的一團糟。我們是從安縵搬過來的，到安縵是早上九點多，我們定的房間還沒騰出，安縵還特意安排另外一間別墅給我們休息，對比之下服務差距不是一般大。不過其他方面的服務都非常好，餐廳和客房服務都很好，中文管家也很有耐心。需要特別點讚的是酒店有個獨立在懸崖上的日料和西餐廳，那邊看海浪和日落簡直絕了，服務也特別到位。早上11:30到中午12:30是觀浪最佳時機。
