Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not Worth €260/Day
I had high expectations given the €260 per night price tag (breakfast not even included), but this hotel falls far short of anything resembling luxury. The room was average at best—clean but nothing special, certainly not worth the premium price.
Service was a major letdown. Staff were polite but lacked the attentiveness and professionalism you’d expect from a hotel charging this much. It felt more like a busy mid-range chain than a high-end hotel.
The on-site restaurant tries to pass itself off as fine dining, but it’s really just a regular meal with fancy plating. €80 per person without drinks for something that tasted like a standard bistro dish? Completely unjustified.
Also, the hotel was overcrowded—too many guests for the staff to handle, which really ruined any chance of a relaxed or refined experience.
Save your money. This is a 4-star experience disguised as a 5-star price tag.

Hotel was perfect, and the staff couldn’t do enough to assist. Pool, bars, places to eat, activities - we did it all. We will be back.
