Отель идеален по своей красоте, чистоте и уровню сервиса. Номера большие, уютные, атмосферные. Персонал очень доброжелателен, все знают Английский хотя бы немного, помогают в любом вопросе. В отеле очень безопасно, как и на Нуса Дуа в целом. Вечерами нет развлечений, но мы гуляли вдоль побережья и ужинали в разных кафе и отелях. В отеле днем брали велосипеды и с удовольствием катались вдоль набережной. Отдыхали пять дней, успели насладиться и даже немного заскучать. Но в наших планах было пожить еще в двух местах. В целом отель очень понравился. Рекомендую всем побывать там хотя бы однажды. Больше всего мне понравились бассейны (3 штуки, с разной температурой) и белочки на завтраке. Сначала мы кормили себя, а потом бельчат! Это тоже подарило прекрасную атмосферу!

Everything went really well except the last day of me stay. Extended check out to 4pm but every hourly power trip. The last was bathing half way and no electric plus phone is not working at all to connect to front desk. Apart from this, warn welcome by Sofitel upon arrival and staff real friendly and efficient actually. Never failed to attend to us as I have two old folks with me.
Room is real spacious and gracefully maintained. Bed is SO big and comfy. Linen and towels are good quality kind and new. At least in 2024. Room with a nice view facing sea, Sitting at the balcony, listening to the sea breeze and looking beach side massage, very relaxing.
A wide variety of tv channels and full amenity toiletries provided. Bath tub is huge too with complimentary bubble bath and bath salt provided. Actually not much options of asean option restaurants, mostly western. However, Room service has both western and asean food. Food taste not too bad, portion just right.
Free shuttle service to bali collection on a hourly basis but first come first service basis. Huge hotel and they provided buggy service within hotel premises. All these are plus point after a tired day.
Still I enjoyed my stay with Sofitel despite the hiccups which I was told is entire bali power trip. So I don’t blame them.

The location is great, the hotel is good, the furniture is not new, but very interesting design and quite clean.
The staff is very smiling and responsive, responded quickly to all requests.
In the mornings on the beach they bring free ice cream or a soft drink.
Good cosmetics in the bathroom, all accessories are always available, a powerful hair dryer.
Breakfasts are decent, in principle everything is there.
Good bed linen and pillows.
Daily cleaning, no complaints.
At night for 2-3 days a gecko bothered, but not critical.
The most unpleasant thing is the state of the ocean, because last year we were in Nusa Dua, but in a different hotel and there was clean water without algae, and here the water is muddy, there are a lot of algae and even periodically they were on the bottom, like a carpet (it is not clear how to enter) and some small bugs / crabs / worms that constantly bit us terribly as soon as we entered the water.
In general, everything is fine with the hotel, but somehow we were unlucky with the ocean this time ...

The hotel is getting on in years. You can see it in the rooms and the complex itself, which is in need of renovation in many places. The location on the beach is very nice. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ on Fridays on the beach and can recommend it. The freshly squeezed juices at breakfast are also great. The breakfast itself is okay. Unfortunately, there isn't a larger selection of fresh vegetables, salads, and fruit, and what was available was only slowly refilled. It's also a shame that only the same fruits were available every day (watermelon, papaya, pineapple, and honeydew melon). In general, the selection of everything at other Sofitels we have stayed in has been much larger and better. We stayed here for four nights, and overall it was okay for us, although we had expected more based on the pictures and descriptions.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua for such a wonderful stay! The whole team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt really well taken care of from day one.
A special shoutout to Nikki, Sutarta, Bagus, and Diah – you were all so warm and thoughtful, and we truly appreciated it!
The only downside for us was the beach – there were quite a lot of seaweeds, so we didn’t enjoy it as much as we hoped. But apart from that, everything at the hotel was amazing. Great structure, great vibes, and an unforgettable experience for our family.
Hope to be back someday!
