The location is controversial.
The villa itself is large, with a luxurious pool, three bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen, a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset.
At the same time, it clearly needs care - dirty and shabby in places, the plumbing is limescale and needs cleaning, linen and towels are stained, the dishes are of dubious cleanliness.
The location is relatively convenient - it is easy to get there by moped or grab, at the same time, the asphalt on the way to the villa is quite broken, and the villa itself is by the road - at night you can hear the noise of traffic. Since the villa is in the courtyards - there are a lot of dogs in the area that will bark at you and just like that at any time of the day.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - there are active construction sites nearby, they honestly warn about this when booking and checking in, but listening to the noise of a grinder from 8 am to 5 pm, to put it mildly, is unpleasant.
I sincerely recommend the owner not to rent out the villa yet, do some cosmetic repairs and wait until the construction is completed. Then it will be a solid 4.5 out of 5. But for now, it is as it is.

The villa is 15 minutes' drive from Uluwatu or Melasti Beach. Overall the villa is very large and comfortable. We were cleaned once during our 4 days. The pool is large and clean. It’s just located in a very narrow street, we could barely get in and out in our minibus. There are no shops nearby, you have to drive. We had a car and this was not a problem for us. For us 4 adults and 5 children it was a wonderful villa. Thank you
