Vouk Hotel and Suites

We took a room for 3 nights. We arrived at the hotel, they greeted us well, took our luggage, said that they would bring it to the room, we checked into the room, but the suitcases were still missing, and we needed to go to the beach) in short, we went to get them ourselves, took one with the necessary things and ran to the beach. We returned in the evening, and our second suitcase was still standing at the place where we dropped off from the taxi))) on the second day we left the room, pressing the "cleaning" button, came back, the button was still lit, no one entered the room, the towels were not changed, the trash was not thrown out. We had to call the reception, asked to bring dry towels, they answered that they would give everything to their friend))) but the friend with the towels did not come and did not come. We went to them on foot, asked for towels again, they answered that the friend was already in a hurry and 5 minutes later a young man appeared at the room with a full set of detergents in order to wash and clean everything. We asked him for towels and asked him to clean up tomorrow, saying that our place is not dirty) By the way, they give out 1 set of shampoo and soap per room, not 1 for each guest, we did not ask for anything, we had our own, and so, of course, two small containers with shampoo and conditioner per day are not enough for a full shower. Breakfasts are very simple, something new every day, but nothing fancy. We were saved by scrambled eggs and mini-sandwiches. Papaya, pineapple, watermelon, melon were always there, if some juice in the pouring container runs out, they do not add it there, it runs out, that's it, drink what's left))) I liked the desserts in small jars. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the room, which is good. Overall, the hotel left a good impression despite minor flaws. The staff is friendly, you can see that they try)

The room smelled very strongly of mold! The mold smell does not go away, very strong. The bed linen smelled of mold. The smell comes from the ventilation, so the air conditioner did not help. If I had known about this, I would never have booked this hotel. Shuttles to Geger Beach go very rarely, we walked for about 10 minutes leisurely. The situation was saved only by excellent breakfasts and a convenient location. I will not come back here again.

I have stayed here many times, but the quality is not as good as it used to be, especially in terms of room hygiene. The advantages are that you can order takeout, it is quiet, and the swimming pool has good water quality, not bitter or astringent.

This was our first hotel in Bali. The room is spacious, but the balcony faces the backyard. But the exit was right next to the pool - that's cool. I really liked the pool and the hotel grounds. There is a children's room, a computer room, a sauna, a pond with fish, a karaoke room. The breakfasts are normal - for those who are not picky. There is a free shuttle to Geger Beach. Having driven through the beaches of Bali, I realized that Geger was the best, clean and picturesque. Next to the hotel there is a store quite large and inexpensive, everything you need is there. The staff is smiling. We were here one night and in principle we liked everything.
