Tired from the road, we did not really look around, but when checking in, we saw several options - VIP rooms, they are larger (we are tall and this is important), we asked to increase the comfort on condition of additional payment (there were no other guests) but we were refused, citing that the VIP room was occupied. By the way, it was occupied by the host, who did not even ask for a reservation when checking in. There were no towels or hygiene products in the "room". The bed was clearly not washed for years, because it was just a blanket, without a duvet cover. At +30 we did not understand what it was for, but in the morning everything was in place, because we have not seen so many flies only in Africa on cattle. When booking in advance, we indicated that we needed a quiet place because we were pregnant, but the staff were obviously celebrating something and at 7 pm there was no one left next to the empty bottle of gin at the reception. We couldn't sleep. The staff and their friends walked around all night. Although they could have given the guests a place for an extra fee. The toilet is outside, as is the shower, which is of course inconvenient considering that at night you have to walk along a very shady bridge. The tent itself is much smaller inside because of the inner fabric, at first we didn't pay attention to this, but in fact - it hides black mold that has eaten through all the layers of the tent! We also couldn't enjoy the view, it is very dirty inside. In short, at 7 am we already checked out. By the way, there was no drinking water either, only an empty bottle. Experience 1/10 considering that I have 10 years of traveling and 40 countries behind me.

The disgusting condition of the tents. She refused to check in at the time of check in, the Trip.com support service still cannot return the money from partners and the hotel itself. I absolutely do not recommend. It is impossible to stay inside, the smell of a hot banner (like rubber), it is impossible to breathe, everything is dirty and amenities are separate even from Luxury tents. About the attitude towards customers is clear by the fact that they do not want to return the money.

État général catastrophique Le personnel est super gentil et accueillant mais tout est dégradé et n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos. Moisissures dans la tente, odeur de poisson et de marécage, cafards, insectes en tout genre sur le matelas, douche presque propre mais système qui brûle, impossible de régler la température de l’eau… Bref, je le déconseille fortement en l’état. Nous avons réservé une chambre dans un autre hôtel pour la nuit. Nous espérons nous faire rembourser.
