This place has one of the friendliest staff I have ever met. It felt like visiting a family villa as all the staff members take care of you like their family. The place has amazing views of rice terrace and we enjoyed the views sitting by the pool. They also offer free shuttle service to Ubud Palace which is a big plus.

The hotel is a bit old, breakfasts are poor, but the helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff make up for these nuances. The hotel restaurant has delicious food. A free bus takes you to the center of Ubud and back. Walking distance to the center is 25-30 minutes.

Je croyais trouver la tranquillité, c’était raté avec beaucoup de bruits de circulation car j’ai eu 2 chambres côté rue (à gauche en rentrant de l’hôtel) qui se donnent sur la rue. Les chambres sont vieillottes mais c’est un hôtel typique balinais alors on ne peut pas trop se reprocher si on cherche l’authenticité : humidité même au mois d’août, robinet usé, portes en bois mal isolées… Le personnel est par contre très gentil et serviable. Les points positifs : - belle petite piscine avec la vue sur la rizière - la tranquillité je pense si vous arrivez à avoir des chambres du côte rizières - bon petit déjeuner préparé à la demande : omelette au légume, bol de fruits smoothie… c’est pas gargantuesque mais ça me convient - navette en centre ville gratuite si besoin (20 min de marche et des passage bord de rue assez dangereux alors prenez un uber qui vous coûte environ 65000 le trajet) Je suis donc déçu pour l’expérience au prix qu’on paie
