D'Green Kuta

The property provides excellent service, a strategic location near Kuta Beach, spacious and cozy rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are no specific disadvantages mentioned in the reviews.

No housekeeping,room was dirty when checked in. Trash was full with garbage. Kitchen crockery are very bad in condition. Toilet in not clean. Nobody at the reception desk to help. No facilities for food. They order from outside from a very local place. Hair was in the food. Check pictures

Checked in a few hours after check in time. Room was still not ready. Had to wait almost an hour for the room to be made up. When I got to my room, it was dirty. There was hair all over the floor, the bins were full of rubbish from the previous people who had stayed. There was mould on the roof and the couch was heavily stained. I went down to checkout the pool but it was not in use. It was green and there was algae covering the tiles. There was no water running through it. They said this was because they were quiet. This is fair enough however they should let guests know prior to booking or arrival as I would not have even bothered had I have known. I checked out a few hours later after booking another hotel. I asked for a refund which they assured me would be processed but this has not been processed - now almost 20 days later. They will not answer their phone or reply to any emails... Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.
