Ayu Lili Garden Hotel Kuta

快適なホテル とても快適なホテルです。そのため合計7泊させていただきました。とても静かに過ごすことが出来ました。ポピーズ2にも近く、ビーチまでも歩くのに丁度良い距離でした。

We arrived at the hotel, we barely got a hello from the hotel owner (who was the person at the reception). It clearly didn't make you want it. Then, the staff themselves are just as unpleasant, they spend their time on their phones, don't even calculate their customers, we weren't even allowed a hello from them. Throughout our stay, the owner persistently tried to get us to rent a scooter every time we passed. Regarding the rooms, the cleaning is absolutely not done, the bath towels that we were provided with were really very dirty. The smell of the shower, let's not talk about it, it smells like rotten eggs! The air conditioning was facing my bed so at night when we put it on, I only had a thin sheet, so let me tell you that I was really cold. Actually I could have turned it off, but as soon as we turned it off it was super hot. The only positive point was the swimming pool which was pleasant, and again there was a lot of chlorine… We absolutely do not recommend this hotel!
