We cannot rave enough about this stunning oasis of calm that we were allowed to call our temporary retreat. Beds and Cleanliness: 5/5 The beds were to die for! Every night we fell into a sea of ​​comfort and luxury, and the thought of having to part with these heavenly mattresses in the morning was difficult. The cleanliness of the villa was also remarkable. Every area was meticulously maintained and exuded an aura of purity and freshness that made our stay even more enjoyable. Culinary Delights: 5/5 The food at the Private Pool Villa was a culinary experience. Each dish was carefully prepared and offered a variety of flavors. The kitchen team showed high creativity and skill, for which we were grateful. Friendly Staff: 5/5 The real gem of this villa, however, was the staff. Each member of staff was characterized by a warm friendliness and helpfulness that made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt like valued guests, and we are deeply grateful for the care and attention we received. Overall, our stay at Private Pool Villa in Bali was an experience we will never forget. The luxurious accommodation, exquisite food, and warm hospitality of the staff made this vacation extra special. We can't wait to return and immerse ourselves in the magic of this villa once again. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. Unfortunately, the villas are located far outside the places to be visited. In other words, you have to rent a scooter or rely on the hotel service. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very helpful for us and we had to organize a lot ourselves. Among other things, the staff had to be made aware that the (lukewarm) food that had just been served could be cleared away after standing around for about 2 hours. Unfortunately, the two required scooters could not be organized correctly (after waiting for an hour, we were finally informed that only one scooter could be organized - for 4 adults 😂). Conclusion: Nice hotel for newlyweds who want to enjoy their private time. There is something better to experience and go outside.
