I didn't even expect the hotel to be so good. For our holiday in Bali, we alternated between areas. Some we stayed in just to spend the night and go sightseeing, and some just to relax in a hotel. And we chose this one for 3 nights for relaxation. But we greatly regretted that it was only for 3. At least we needed the minimum at 5 But alas, the vacation is short. The hotel is located in a very picturesque place. And you don’t want to leave this beautiful area. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is helpful. Cleaning, change of towels daily. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, but everything a little bit tiny (eg pool area). There is a parking space between the hotel and the beach with a lot of nasty street dogs, unfortunately hotel staff is not really helping with it.

Unfortunately we only were able to spend one night there because it was fully booked. We understand after spending a night there why. You will be amazed by this hotel: from the top notch service and help from the staff and the impressive amount of amenities and activities provided. Monkeys might be your neighbors as the monkey forest is near. We were in love overall with the hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable and all-included hotel, this is the place to go

The hotel staff responded to our every need. The room was beyond expectations. The room was extremely large and well decorated. Only do n side was no microwave on the room. Other than that it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very nice ell situated, right in the middle of everything.

2 nuitées 8 et 9 avril. Villa 27 Un pur bonheur… Spacieuse et agencée avec goût dotée d’une piscine privée et d’un jolie coin cuisine. Massages très relaxants, room service parfait, les barmaids et serveuses du Bar Restaurant sont sensationnelles et le service de laundry impeccable. Un havre de paix à 2 pas du centre d’Ubud où le service est excellent et soigné. Nous séjournerons de nouveau c’est certain ! Mme et Mr Lematre

We , my husband and I fell in love with everything about this hotel. it is heavenly. we stayed for 4 nights in march in room 10 which has the most amazing views of the rice fields and monkey forest. once, as i was running a bath i turned round to find a monkey behind me as i had left the door open but he looked as shocked as me when i shouted my husband and it shot off lol . !!!! going to sleep to the sound of the crickets and frogs was beautiful as was waking up to the sound of birds and ducks, the ducks were interesting to watch. always on the move , looking like they had a plan following the leader. The staff go the extra mile , room service was great and always with a smile. I never usually use room service on holiday but the room was so lovely that it was worth staying in some nights. please be alert and careful with the pavement in town. its uneven with broken paving, sharp drops and broken flags. i hurt my foot and the hotel kindly loaned me some crutches to help me get around a little. the hotel restaurant had a great menu with delicious healthy and filling food. there are some reasonably priced restaurants around with great local and international food, and many have live acoustic bands or solos. we went in both the rooftop pool and the ground floor pool which were lovely. the hotel is very long from front to back but there are slopes and more accessible ground floor rooms for people if needed. just contact the hotel prior to booking to ask advice on a suitable room. its worth it. The staff are always smiling and happy to help. its hard to explain the " feel good" feeling that this hotel has but we cant wait to ge back.

Friendly staff, classically designed accommodation that felt very homely amongst small patches of rice fields. Attached restaurant and room service were great. Tari in particular, was professional yet personable and friendly. Had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return
