The service staff are very friendly and helpful, but mosquitoes are inevitable in rural areas

The food is not very good but it is good The location of the hotel is also good, it is a bit inside, but transportation is easy if you have a motorbike. The cleaning is not very good either, house keeping does not clean well.

They stole 200 dollars from our bag at the hotel, there were 400 bucks lying around, after we left we already noticed that there were 200 left, we were there for three days, they didn’t take the money anywhere, the room was cleaned once, on that day everything was gone

The environment is comfortable and clean, and the food is delicious. There are only 13 rooms, and there is a spa. I just want to inform the hotel to arrange a golf cart to pick you up at the check point and other hotels. Everyone should pay attention to it, and everything else is very satisfactory. 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Il soggiorno in questo resort da favola a Ubud è stato semplicemente perfetto. Lo staff è straordinario, sempre sorridente, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e professionalità. La pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni è impeccabile, ogni dettaglio è curato con grande attenzione. Il cibo del ristorante è delizioso, vario, fresco e preparato con ingredienti locali di qualità: ogni pasto è stata un’esperienza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati sin dal primo momento, con piccoli gesti che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Un luogo incantevole dove il relax e l’ospitalità sono protagonisti. Consigliatissimo!

Wirklich schöne Hotelanlage, man kommt sich vor wie im Dschungel bei all dem Grün. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Restaurant fürs Abendessen hervorragend! Der Gemeinschaftspool war auch schön um sich zwischendurch einfach mal zu erfrischen. Für einen ganzen Pooltag stehen dort aber zu wenige Liegen. Die Massage war eigentlich gut, allerdings haben die Frauen teilweise viel zu doll gedrückt, sodass wir blaue Flecken bekamen. In unserer letzten Nacht wurden wir in unserer Villa von einem Gecko überrascht und durften das Zimmer wechseln. Mit dem Golfbuggy kommt man bequem den sonst mühsamen Weg (wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, dass ist der Weg aber auch völlig machbar, geht nur recht steil runter und hoch) zum „Check-Point“ wo man von seinem Fahrer abgeholt werden kann. Der Weg nach Ubud ist auch nicht weit, bei dem Verkehr allerdings sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Roller/Auto eine Zumutung, da es keine richtigen Fußwege gibt. Wir haben es trotzdem einmal gewagt und wenn man nur einmal durch die Straßen und Märkte von Ubud schlendern möchte ist das auch völlig machbar, nur ein zweites Mal hätten wir es nicht gewagt.
