The view is amazing. Wake it up with the waves and surfers….. . I love the room for sure. Even there is bugs. I don’t feed it really bothers me .

Property is showing pictures of another unit. When we got there it turns out the unit we got was half the size and most pictures did not match description. House smelled of moisture and sewage. Patio has no privacy and upstairs bedroom is tiny. Property is run down and not properly maintained. We had to book another hotel as this property was not up to standards.
I do NOT recommend staying here.

We made a booking on their official website and did a banktransfer on the 7th while on the 8th they canceled the booking saying we haven’t contacted them. The assistant named Patricia Ribbius was rude as we’ve never experienced before. I’ve never encountered any hotel/airbnb staff who’s supposed to be working in service and acting this way to their guests. Thank god they cancelled on the booking because after reading some reviews the place is nasty, dirty with cockroaches and rats. Thank God!

I booked this place for 2 nights, but immediately after doing the international banktransfer (as they request) they went completely silenct and the day after, the booking surprisingly got canceled . I was in touch with the assistant Patricia and her manager Burni, but Burni completely ignored me and Patricia.. The most rude person I’ve ever been in contact with. She denied everything even though I’ve sent her loads of proof. She was aggressive and blamed her colleague for everything.

terrible stay with worms on the floor. dirty and old. very dangerous stairs and owner is super unhelpful. never recommend anyone to stay here . there are much better places in uluwatu for the price they are charging versus the quality you are getting
