It is a good location and affordable price. But the cleanliness might improve, especially the toilet/bathroom.
Besides, I really hope the owners can set a rule that can not eat inside the room or smoke inside the house. The smells are a bit scary. At least it can be avoided.
Lastly, please consider provided or offered some stuffs example bath gel/shampoo, or slippers or some blocking infront of door instead let the rain flooding into house and floor is wet after every raining.

The location is very good, only 2 minutes walk from the Royal Palace. There is a shower and toilet in the dormitory room, and there is a shared kitchen. The air conditioning works fine. The staff are very kind and speak English. The mattress on the bed is soft and feels like it sinks down, but considering the price, it's not a problem at all. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Ubud.

I don't know about anything else, but the location was really good. I went to the Morning Market early in the morning in Ubud, Bali, and it was a pleasure to buy food there. The food was delicious and the prices were really cheap. I don't know about anything else in Ubud, but I think I'll remember the Morning Market. ^^;;;
