Nice hotel with good staff, it’s a bit far away from the centre but they provide a shuttle. Breakfast was average, rooms very nice. A gym on site would have been great.

staff is very friendly and helpful, surrounded area is magnificent, bed and pillows are very comfortable. for this price is quite good, but rooms are needed a renovation. and the sound insulation is poor, if you live on the first floor, you hear how people on the second floor are stomping. i guess today staff were cleaning the room on the second floor and stomping at 8 am, when we were sleeping. it was annoying.

The hotel is very clean and we had a large bathtub. The staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately there is only a shuttle to the beach once a day. Inflexible service, which is not customer-friendly. The shuttle service urgently needs to be improved as the hotel is very far from restaurants and the beach. Even restaurants in the area offer flexible shuttle services. So we used them. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the service. I don't understand the previous good reviews.

I really liked the hotel. It is surrounded by greenery, quiet, clean. The restaurant serves delicious food. The rooms are comfortable with a track or balcony. Beautiful. I recommend it.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is about 10 minutes by motorcycle from the core area of nusa duo, which is very convenient. The hotel can help rent motorcycles.

Why is this hotel rated so low? It feels really good. It is near Nusa Dua Beach. This is a villa, quite big. The nearby hotels are very expensive. This one is very cheap. Although the facilities are not new, it can be seen that the infrastructure is of good quality and the cost performance is super high. The hotel provides free mountain bikes or you can rent motorcycles. We chose to ride mountain bikes to Nusa Dua Beach and a great surfing spot. The ride is about one or two kilometers, but because there are many slopes, it takes some physical strength. On the way, several white people asked where to rent the bicycles. Hahahaha.
There are mosquitoes, which is a common problem in Southeast Asian countries. I personally think it’s okay. I also have it when I live in Singapore. The mosquito repellent in the supermarket for a few yuan is very useful.
The restaurant is delicious, and breakfast, lunch and dinner are all delicious.
The service is particularly good, and the staff is too friendly.
The disadvantage is that the infrastructure is not new enough and there are mosquitoes, but other hotels also have this problem. The price of a few hundred but not a thousand is really worth it.
