The staff is very friendly. There is a welcome drink from the moment you check in. The whole hotel is very special. It is all designed with bamboo. It is a great experience.
There are some minor drawbacks, the room is not air-conditioned enough and some insect noises can be heard.
But overall, the hygiene and environment are good.

The hotel is located on a sunken stream in the mountains. The hotel is unique. The price is also high in the area. It is recommended to stay for 3 days at most. I stayed for a week and it was too boring. The surrounding area is all rural and too far from the city.

Absolutely wonderful very magical hotel set alongside a natural river/ waterfall in the jungle.
I’ve travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels but this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Staff are super friendly, spa and treatments although more expensive for Bali are truly incredible, bed was super comfortable, architecture is amazing, beautiful setting & delicious food.
I tried the complimentary morning yoga and sound healing both were fantastic!! I only stayed one night but wish I stayed two now. Thank you Ulaman Hotel I will come visit you again soon.
