The house is not very soundproof, you need to climb a lot of stairs, the swimming pool is very nice, and it is close to the beach

Après avoir monté environ 70 marches (!) nous découvrons des petites villas, une vue spectaculaire sur la baie et une piscine à débordement. Donc effet waouh ! Mais… Le bungalow est assez simplement décoré et équipé mais il manque clairement d’entretien, les murs sont tachés d’humidité (+ odeur), le nettoyage de la salle de bain laisse à désirer, la wifi est complètement instable et nous n’avons pas d’eau chaude. Nous avons signalé ces points et le personnel s’est montré très réactif, ils sont venus refaire le ménage, ont changé le chauffe eau (mais nous avions ensuite de l’eau bouillante donc finalement nous préférerons lors de notre séjour nous doucher à l’eau froide) et ils sont même passés mettre un coup de peinture pour masquer la plus grosse tache d’humidité dans la chambre. Cet hôtel aurait clairement besoin d’une grosse rénovation mais le personnel fait vraiment ce qu’il peut. Nous avons également testé les massages : excellent rapport qualité ! En bref, nous mettons 4 étoiles pour la localisation, la vue et le dévouement du personnel.

Fantastic location right above Coconuts Beach - we had two interleading rooms which were perfectly comfortable with large beds, mosquito nets and aircon - although water pressure was low in the shower and almost non-existent in the bathtub. Didn't really matter as we spent most of our time in the ocean below, or at the poolside with its gorgeous view across the bay. The cliffside location offers spectacular views and you can rent surfboards or hire a boat for a snorkelling trip, right on your doorstep. Helpful staff who were happy to assist in booking boat trips, scooters etc. Breakfast was basic but tasty and we had a lovely light meal for lunch on the one day - but most of the time you will want to walk down to the beachfront cafes for meals and cocktails.

Location was good small walk to lots of restaurants. Great beach very close by. Lots of stairs to breakfast and restaurant at top which was ok with us but not for everyone. But that made the view and pool at the top great. We struggled to get enough hot water for two of us to shower though

Great location - communication was excellent prior to our arrival, food was good, staff were friendly, and access to the beach was easy. Room was a little worn with age (cracks in tiles etc) but the price reflected that. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the views stunning. Many thanks

The location of the property is stunning and numerous restaurants are close by and the most beautiful quiet beach is a minutes walk down the hill. We had cash stolen from the locked safe in our room and we also had a bluetooth speaker and a swiss pocket multi-tool stolen from one of our suitcases on the last morning when we had gone for breakfast that we didnt realise were missing until we got to Seminyak. Really angry about the cash missing from the safe in our room and realise that we should have always locked our suitcases when we were out of the room. Make sure your stuff is safe and dont leave any money in your room.
