A fantastic resort that nestles nature with art. Stay at a villa because it is so worth it. The staff are so lovely and helpful. With our stay, we had complimentary access to the museum and an afternoon tea. Their performances in the evening are also inspiring and recommended!

Even when the hot water stopped coming out, the response was slow, probably because it was the middle of the night, which was very inconvenient. Muddy geysers were coming out, so I brought mineral water to brush my teeth and got by. The next morning the repairmen came and I had to wait until the hot water came out before I could finally take a shower.
They suggested I take a shower in another room, but the room key was not open and I couldn't get in. When I checked out I told the front desk about this, but they didn't seem to understand at all, and they only complained and apologized, so
it was disappointing that my trip had become so frustrating.
The hotel and room were very good, just as I imagined Bali to be.

There was no hot water in the bathtub.
There were two showers, one of which was outdoors.
Both of them required access to the bedroom, which made it difficult to use after using the pool.

arma is the hotel we have stayed at every year when we go to Ubud since 2017. This is the first time we have stayed there after the epidemic. The garden is still as beautiful as ever, but the facilities and services have obviously deteriorated.
The room is old, the toiletries have been changed, and it feels very cheap. It is not the previous smell of citronella and tropical style in a small porcelain bottle.
The breakfast is also much simpler and not as rich as before.
