The hotel is not big, with only one swimming pool, but it is very exquisite, with lush tropical plants, and it feels like being in a tropical garden. However, the room only provides two small bottles of purified water a day, and when we asked for more, they said we would check out that day, so no water would be provided, which made us very angry! We could only check out of the hotel thirsty, and the next cheaper hotel provided unlimited bottled water. The price was over 800 per day, and I felt that the cost performance was not high, and the taxi traffic was very congested around, which was a bad experience.

Excellent buffet breakfast every day. Very enjoyable for couples or families with little children. My 2-year-old loved it, there is plenty of space to walk around the villas and embrace the exotic plants, flowers and to admire the playful squirrels. Service is friendly and even buliding persoanl relationships by remembering guest’s names. There was a special event every day including trying Balinese instrument. Well done!

The room was not clean, so I had to move to another room in the middle. Overall facilities are not bad for the price. However, it is quite far from the center of Ubud, so it is not convenient to move around.

Stayed 3 nights in family suite! Fantastic place with great ambience! All the Staff's customer service skills were exceptional! Breakfast was beyond 5 star! Love Morning Glory set!! Major Love for bedtime stories given every evening. Such personal touch. Awesome spa treatment! However, quite a walk to ubud centre, about 20 mins with young kids. Kindly take grab or gojek to town, too much traffic to walk with kids.

Geweldig verblijf met super service en ontspanning! We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf hier. De mensen zijn superlief en gastvrij – we voelden ons echt welkom vanaf het eerste moment. De kamer was prachtig, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Het eten in het hotel was heerlijk. Ja, iets duurder dan op andere plekken, maar absoluut de moeite waard: we zijn geen van beiden ziek geworden, en dat zegt veel! Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar veilige, smaakvolle maaltijden. Ook de massages verdienen een speciale vermelding – echt fantastisch en enorm ontspannend. De locatie is handig, vlakbij het centrum. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je via een vrij drukke en steile weg naar beneden moet lopen, maar met Grab of Gojek ben je er in een paar minuutjes. Kortom: een heerlijke plek met geweldige service. Wij zouden hier zo weer heen gaan.

Wat een fijne plek in het groen! Bij ontvangst kregen we gelijk een verfrissend drankje en konden na het inchecken gelijk naar onze kamer 30. We maakten de dag erna gebruik van de voucher 15 minuten massage schouder/nek/hoofd en dit beviel zo goed dat we direct een Balinese massage van een uur boekten en een wellnessbehandeling van 4 uur! Het kleinschalige resort ligt net buiten het centrum wat te belopen is. Heeft ook een goed restaurant.

Relaxing garden cottages
I loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cottages were huge and surrounded by a very relaxing garden atmosphere. The massage at the spa was fantastic! The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely go back.
