スタッフさんは皆さんとても親切で、日本語で挨拶したりしてくれました。
リッチはウブドの中心街からは外れているので、気軽にコンビニなどに行ける環境ではないです。ホテル内にレストランが1つあるので食べるものには困りません。
森の中にあるため、かなり虫が多いです。ベランダの窓には網戸はなく、ドアも閉めても隙間があるため蚊やハエが入ってきます。蚊取り線香などがあれば良かったですが設置されていませんでした。
清潔感は水回りのカビが気になりました。お部屋全体もカビ臭かったですが、シーツなどは綺麗でした。

You can only get here by bike or taxi, there is no entertainment in the hotel itself, only for a couple of nights, I would not recommend taking it for many days! There is nowhere to walk around the territory, although according to the description and reviews it seems that there is) The building itself is a little outdated, the room seems clean, but there is a smell of dampness, I was stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping there! At 6 or 7 p.m the staff wanted to break into our room with cleaning, and the staff opened the door while we were in the room, it is very strange! In the evening the monkeys come, close the balcony, we liked them, no complaints) The coolest thing is the hotel restaurant, the view and staff are 100% perfect!

A mind-blowing hotel! Incredibly impressive🔥 Situated in the heart of the jungle, surrounded by stunning nature, with all its "native" inhabitants🐒, the monkeys feel at home, but are not aggressive towards people, although they can run onto the balcony and even into the room, steal something if you forget to close the door)))🙈 This is a hotel-museum, it even has the Art prefix, sculptures and art objects at every step, real museum exhibits on each floor and at the reception, an incredible number of unique exhibits that you want to look at for hours!🤩 The restaurant is located on a mountain, the cuisine, presentation, design - everything is amazing, below us is a valley with a river, various animals and crazy vegetation! The infinity pool is a separate topic, swimming with such a view is an incredible thrill!😍 I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ubud.

Good day! We are delighted with everything about this hotel! The service is at the highest level! Magnificent territory, incredibly delicious food, all the staff are friendly, cleanliness everywhere and pleasant aromas!
We were complimentarily upgraded to a higher level room and we lived with a view of the jungle in our own separate villa. The room had everything we needed!
The staff is so attentive to each guest, you feel an individual approach and this is certainly pleasant. We will definitely come back again! It was unforgettable!
