Hello. The review will be honest and long. Prehistory: I was looking for hotels on Trip.com and decided to see if payment was accepted by Russian cards at a cheap hotel. And without confirmation or any codes, the payment for this hotel was written off. So we decided to come, look at the hotel and not book another one. And here is a review of the hotel. We arrived at night, 5 minutes from the airport, woke up the owner of the hotel and they gave us a room. There was no time or energy to go and choose rooms (there were 2 available). We decided to stay in what was provided. The room consisted of 2 combined double beds, 1 wardrobe (without hangers), a toilet (toilet and shower next to it without a tray), air conditioning, 2 pull-out drawers in a shelf with keys and a TV. The room is in poor condition, paint is peeling off the walls, the air conditioning did not work, and the shower without a tray, the whole floor is constantly wet. I slept for 1 night, we went to the owner of the hotel to ask for a room change. It is impossible to be in the heat and stuffiness of the room, where the air conditioning does not work and the walls are like in hospitals. For about an hour I explained that I wanted to look at another room and was ready to pay extra for a mattress for the child, everyone told me that we had such a large bed in the room and the air conditioning would be fixed only tomorrow. Still, they understood me and showed me a room that was much better, there was an air conditioner, more space, 1 double bed, a wardrobe + 3 hangers, walls with decoration, a refrigerator and a chest of drawers with 4 drawers with a lock. We moved our things and happily enjoyed the cool room. They brought a mattress and a pillow for the child (150,000 per day). I will list the disadvantages that I did not like for 12 days in the hotel: - families with children live there on a permanent basis and from 6:00 to 7:00 the child wakes up, his mother takes him out of the room for some reason and he constantly screams, cries not because something hurts, but just whims and you have to listen to this every morning. - even normal rooms need repairs, the toilets are not finished (the faucet is leaking, not tightly secured) - bed linen and towels are quite old, at least 15 years old, but thank you for being clean. - cleaning every other day, but we refused it, because one day we came to the room in the evening, and it was open and perfume samples were lying open on the table. Nothing valuable was missing, we could not prove that someone was in the room or that we forgot to close the door ourselves, because the camera above our room did not work. Therefore, we asked that no one enter the room at all. - based on the above, the main disadvantage is the broken cameras, there are at least 3 of them in the hotel, but they don't work. Keep this in mind. And the children's crying in the morning. Pros: The location of the hotel, next to a cafe, laundry, shopping center, 5 minutes walk to the ocean, 5 minutes to the airport, cleaning in the room. In conclusion, I want to say that this hotel is only for 2 days, for tourists for a long time and with children like us, it is not suitable at all.

there was very dirty grey linen and towel! overall cheap, close to the airport. but i would rather pay a little extra and sleep on clean linen. there was also an unpleasant smell of charm in the room

Initially we checked into another hotel, which is a couple of meters away from this one. The rooms are quite old, holes in the sheets, a blanket without a duvet cover, yellow. The curtains are all old, dusty and torn. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room (I killed a few on the first day, the rest flew in later). The air conditioner is noisy, and in the morning you will wake up from hearing voices and laughter on the street - there are practically no doors in this room, so be prepared for this!
