This is an absolute dote of a hotel. Peaceful and tranquil with remembrances of an older Bali where time stood still and was unimportant. Easily the friendliest and most eager to please staff I've ever encountered...possibly anywhere... and that's saying something. High-ceilinged cottage-style rooms. The waves lapping outside. A dated pool, but who really cares? A competent restaurant on site. It's really great. It's got a big gong. You'll love it!

Candidasa is extremely quiet this time of year which is why we stayed here. The hotel location is second to none. Highly recommend the Ocean View rooms for the small extra cost. You can sit on your verandah all day watching fishing boats and ferries come and go as locals fish from the rocks. Jump into the pool or have a swim in the ocean and go back to a book. The room was lovely although the bathroom was a little small and the aircon struggled a bit. Breakfast wasn’t too bad and we ate lunch and dinner elsewhere. I believe the seafood dinner to be great. The staff were exceptional with a special mention of Puspita who was the best communicator I’ve ever had in Bali, and Agus who was the best Bali driver I’ve had in over 35 years of coming here. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been in this area before so I knew to book an ocean view room for the best experience for my partner. She was amazed when she saw the view and heard the waves on the shore. The room was wonderful but the bathroom let it down. Very small, awkward and dark depressing tiles. The aircon was also struggling to keep the room cold. Breakfast was one of the worst Buffets we’ve had in Bali. Small choice and most of it was cold. Some serious work needed to improve this. On the up side!!! Staff could not be better. Puspita arranged so many things for us and was amazingly helpful. Agus the hotel driver was the best we’ve had in Bali. The location is A1 and the gardens are super well maintained. This is a lovely peaceful hotel and we’d love to come back again soon.

Charming, kind staff, toilet needs serious update
Very charming hotel in Candidasa, with a very polite and kind staff. However the hotel is worn and in need of a noticeable renovation. And the toiletseat in our room was disgusting and should have been changed years ago, such a shame for such a charming place.

staff like everywhere else we have been are amazing.room very tired but does have a safe,hairdryer and complimentary coffee toothbrush and shampoo,you get a pool towel as well fabulous views from restaurant, Breakfast buffee not a lot to choose from but lovey when they serve up your eggs on a plate with your name on, I gave up on the toaster and just had plain bed.Had evening meal and they did have dancers on don't no wether this was for our group or if it was a normal thing.bars across the street Mon wed and Friday they have live music on.Not a lot to do or see unless you hire a bike

It was such a nice experience to spend a few days at this hotel. The staff were amazing and professional. Great food and drinks :). Also the room was very nice and clean. The staff clean it very quickly as well. A few massage places around the hotel.

The staff at the reception was very welcomming and I felt imediatly at home! I could play the gong 3 times, to be officially welcome! :) The room is excellent and everybody of the service team is so friendly and helpful, especially Evita & Marni! They helped me set up a little game for my friends! :D The food in the restaurant Le Zat is also very delicious! Can recommend!

We are stay with our family, the room was clean and the food on restaurant was amazing. Maybe next time we will be stay longer. Nice experience and good service. The location of this resort the front of beach. Near to tenganan and tirta gangga also. The popular object in here❤️❤️
