I love the staffs here so much! They're super friendly and ready to help if needed. There was a power cut that day when we arrived but we were still well accommodated by them. They have their own spa which allowed us to have a nice massage after we checked out (additional price). The place is near to the beach and quite a lot of shops nearby offering dolphin watching so you can book with them and don't need to wake up early to catch the boat! Would definitely be back again if there's chance!

The front desk can arrange a boat to chase dolphins the next day. It is very close to the pier. It is just outside the door. However, the door of our room was broken at that time. We were in a hurry to go out and didn't bother to lock the door.

Very bad experience. After arriving at the hotel, we were told that the bathrooms of the two rooms we booked were leaking and could not be accommodated. The solution was to check in at another hotel owned by the same owner (not by the sea, the environment is incomparable). We arrived very late that day and there was no way to argue with the owner at the front desk. It seemed that the hotel was overbooked. When the front desk could not handle our problem, the owner came over. The owner had a very bad attitude and spoke very rudely. Avoid lightning! ! !

its my first experience with Suma Hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 2 days, unfortunately I can't show up on the first day due to emergency family reason ( my old brother passed away on the first day ) I tried to call to the number on the trip.com shown up, but its just an answer machine spoke, so I come on the 2nd day, and teh sold my room to other guest without any confirmation from us, without any call or any further information, so please, be carefull, even you paid for your booking, it doesn't mean confirmed that you will get the room👎 very bad experience with Suma Hotel👎

Rooms and pool were great, fresh flowers and pool towels available to use each day - staff were friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was tasty and fresh.
Only negative was that trips were more expensive, we booked elsewhere and saved 100 rupiah p/p so worth keeping in mind. We booked with Dolphin Dreams Bali and loved it so much we went twice.

Je m’attendais à moins bien que ça. Nous sommes resté trois jours à l’hôtel Suma, la chambre est très jolie avec une petite terrasse et de la verdure partout. La piscine est très sympa aussi, avec un décor bien balinais . Le propriétaire organise des soirées la nuit avec du karaoké; très amusant. Ambiance festive sans être intrusive. Le restaurant propose un petit déjeuner simple, des pancakes, cafés, fruit… vous avez un menu plus salé que sucré ( on va dire que ce n’est pas le point fort de l’hôtel ). Un seul petit reproche: en trois jour, le personnel n’est jamais passé changer les serviettes ou faire le lit… Tout le reste est parfait 👍 Tout le reste est parfait. 👍

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Providing us with excellent service during our stay, especially Ekka who was so polite and kind. The gardens were very beautiful with many tropical plants, statues and bonsai. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The massage was professional and relaxing. When I return to Bali I will stay here again. Any problems we did encounter were quickly solved by the helpful staff. For example, when the air conditioner didn’t work in one of the rooms we had booked they changed rooms for us straight away.
