This is the second time I've been to this hotel and I'd love to come back. There all the employees are very friendly and always want to help. Everything is clean and nature is very beautiful. The pool is cute and the food is nice. You have the option to rent a scooter, so you can get to any beach. There is also a large supermarket nearby. All praise from me.

For my needs the hotel/resort was perfectly good.
I use a scooter to travel around the Bukit area once I have checked in.
Plus points: price, staff speak excellent level English, wifi is perfect, privacy is good in an appartment unit (not a villa), a Pepito Express next door, spacious apartment; security; location to access the airport; nice restaurants in Jimbaran area; can scoot to the best surf breaks on the Bukit
Negative points: not many- maybe a nice gym would help and a communal pool area but then the hotel would be quite different and price would be higher.

First of all, I want to praise the service staff for helping tourists with their luggage when they go in and out. The luggage is very heavy and the steps are very high! Secondly, the cleaners will not take the initiative to ask for tips. If there is no change, you can give it every other day, which is very good! However, among the four hotels I stayed in, this hotel is the only one with bugs, mosquitoes, beetles, geckos and the like crawling everywhere. Because it is on the first floor and it is rainy season, I was bitten a lot. I bought local medicine, but it was useless! There is another problem. If you are not familiar with the hot and cold water switches here, it is difficult to adjust the temperature to take a shower. Sometimes it is very hot, sometimes it is very cold. My family and I have been scalded. Fortunately, I brought ointment. The water must be adjusted slowly... There is a trick to lock the bathroom door with the key. Sometimes you make a mistake and can't open it... Ask the staff more about this! There is also no landline in the room, and our own overseas roaming mobile phone can't make calls, so it is not very convenient to contact the lobby. The overall environment outside the house is good. Remind that the floor lamp for taking a shower outside can be turned on. The switch is inside the wall near the bathroom door. We haven't turned it on for a few days, and we can't see it when taking a shower... It will be much better if there are no bugs in the dry season
