The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Our deluxe room was fairly large. Perfect for couple and short stay. The only downside for us was the water pressure in our bathroom. It was low. The excellent services made up for it..there’s no need for us to complain.

가성비 관점에서 평가하자면 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다. 하드웨어는 조금 낡은듯 보이지만 소프트웨어는 정말 우수했는데, 특히 하우스키핑 서비스 담당자들의 적극성과 성실함은 매우 인상깊었습니다.(따로 요청을 안했는데 매일매일 수건으로 동물을 만들어주고 요청사항을 기대이상으로 들어주는 등) 스미냑과 더블식스 해변의 중간에 위치하고 바로 해변과 연결되어 있어 바다를 즐기기 충분했는데 동양인은 5박 숙박중 한팀만 보았고 대다수가 서양인 숙박객만 있었은데 이 또한 동양인이 저에게는 이국적으로 느껴져 좋았습니다.

My first time here.. strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, great scenery of the beach from the hotel, staff are friendly.. just we came during rainy season so won’t enjoy much.. overall, everything about this hotel is just great..

We booked the deluxe suite in Pelangi as we wanted to explore Seminyak and nearby beaches. Its location is perfect as the rear end of the hotel opens into the beach. The staff here is humble, friendly and always ready to help. Food was really good and above our expectations. The room was clean, organized and with amenities. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay with them when we are back

unobtrusive service, nice room, clean, towels changed every day, convenient location - first coastline and right next to the beach with cafes where you can sit and have dinner in the evenings. the beach is mostly for surfers, waves, but it doesn't depend on the hotel. delicious breakfasts, they tried to change something every day, sun loungers, beach towels, everything is there. accessibility to bars, clubs is excellent, not far to go. there are also several night spots near the hotel. Unfortunately I didn't take photos, I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, I definitely recommend it!
