Despite the fact that the hotel is tired in places, the overall impression is extremely positive! Green, clean, cozy. BUT: the fact that the hotel has a sea that is basically unsuitable for swimming should be indicated in caps! I understand that the wild snake pit is not the hotel's fault, but when you choose a hotel on the first line, you want to at least sometimes swim in the sea.

I enjoyed my stay at this resort very much! The resort is absolutely lovely. Nice restaurants, spas, beach and bars around the area. Staff responded quickly to requests and were welcoming. The area is quiet but busy enough for a bit of excitement. I definitely felt like it was more an area for couples and families.
I did have a misunderstanding (verdict still out) with one of the staff, but the management made every effort to make up for it. I appreciated the effort, however as a solo traveler, some mishaps shouldn’t happen.
Some one in a previous comment mentioned that they saw certain guests getting more attentiveness from staff, and I definitely experienced this from some. But it wasn’t over the top, they were still very nice, never disrespectful or anything.
I was most disappointed in the breakfast. They served the same things everyday 😣, nothing change. But the banana & pineapple pancakes were DELICIOUS 🤤! I wanted more authentic Indonesian foods.
Also There are no elevators to rooms on top floors so specify your preference when booking if stairs would be a problem.
Would I stay again? Yes.

The hotel is located at the end of Sanur Beach. They clean their beach, it is clean and there is no seaweed. There is everything you need for relaxation, sun loungers on the sea and at the pool, a restaurant with reasonable prices. There is cheap food on the beach nearby. Almost no young people.

The environment is very local, especially the atmosphere in the lobby. There was a yoga class in the morning, but I thought it couldn't be held normally due to the small number of people. Unexpectedly, nearly 20 people came. The beach is right at the door, and everything is very convenient.
