We rented a fabulous villa with private pool. We arrived earlier than check in and was able to receive our key immediately. The staff at check in was very pleasant and helpful. There are tons of restaurants, bars and spas within walking distance. You can even walk to the new ICON mall in about 15 to 20 minutes. You can order breakfast if it is not included in your rate for 100K IDR per person and it will be delivered to your villa. However, there is not an option for lunch or dinner since there is no restaurant on property. One thing to note is the water in the shower does not stay hot for very long in the shower. Overall, the villa was nice and clean and will stay again.

Quiet place with private pool. However the sliding doors need attention. The aircon was noisy in the bedroom. Apart from that it’s been a nice stay

We were a bit disappointed with the room at first because we had been shown a different room on our previous trip to Bali. In saying this, the room was clean and the bedding and towels were also lovely and clean. I found out later that they will be renovating at the end of this year, so this explains a lot. We would happily stay there again post renovation. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice hotel well located in Sanur, 5 minutes from the seaside. Very nicely decorated room, breakfast of your choice (we opted for the local one). Caring, adorable staff. Perfect for a late arrival at the airport and for a departure to the islands!

Myself and two friends stayed here for our last few days in Bali. I can not fault this hotel. We had two rooms one with the pool and another upstairs, all amenities were great. The rooms were exceptional. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would recommend staying here

Fantastic experience!!! Truly amazing welcome and check-in, with unique kindness and professionalism. Excellent location. We only discovered this place at the end of our trip to Bali... too bad! Next time we will come back and stay a few more days!! It's definitely worth it!!!!

This little place works. We were travelling with Two grown up boys. They had their own space upstairs and then a pool to share. Lovely. Staff were really accommodating forourlatehek out and gave us a room to shower in later. Great location and good value for money.
