I am writing my first review, although I have changed a lot of hotels and everything was always good, well, or almost everything.
I do not understand all the enthusiastic reviews. Apparently the bar of tourists who left them is very low.
Of the pros - only the central location, smiles at the reception, and a view of the rice fields. That's all.
Cons:
- audibility, as if you live in a cardboard box, the neighbors did not sleep until 1 am and we heard their every word.
- low qualification of the staff: we stayed for 1 night, with an early check-out, which we warned in advance that we would need to quickly leave at 7 am. In the morning we asked for help with the suitcases (there are several steep climbs to the exit of the hotel, they take a golf cart).
We asked as quickly as possible, an employee came and said that he would not take the suitcase until he checked the room. And this instead of simply asking whether we took something from the minibar or not.
As a result, he spent 7 minutes "inspecting" the room while the driver and I waited outside. This is the first time I've encountered this.
- the breakfast restaurant is outside the hotel, you'll have to walk.
- there's a massive construction site in the hotel, they're restoring a large new building right in the center. Until 5 p.m., construction work is in full swing with chiselling, welding, etc.
