The service was excellent. All the staff we met were very nice and greeted us. The staff in the public areas were very attentive. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of food, drinks and spas nearby. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old.

The hotel has an incredible location in the city center and an inner territory. The inner territory is a forest and rice terraces. You sleep to the sounds of nature - it's amazing. The room had a terrace overlooking a rice field and a balcony overlooking the forest. That's where the pluses end.
The rooms themselves are in dire need of renovation: the closets smell of old age, the bathroom is very shabby, the equipment is about to die, the sockets are falling off. The staff, surprisingly, is absolutely indifferent.
The only employee I remember, Agung, is an incredibly kind and sociable person. He recommended us many great places to visit, about which you yourself will not find anything on the Internet.
Conclusion about the hotel: if they do cosmetic repairs, the rating will be 10/10. So far, it barely reaches 6/10

The room is OK, if a little old. The greenery and scenery inside the hotel are nice. The entrance is on the side of the road, not very big. Once you enter, the winding road is flanked by upper and lower villas. Further in is the swimming pool and rice fields, further in is the villa with rice field views, and further in is another building with several floors and a second, larger swimming pool.

Excellent hotel price-quality. The rooms are of course tired, but everything works properly. The territory is beautiful, the staff is attentive. The child had a birthday, we were congratulated with a cake and the room was decorated, for which special thanks. A plus is a full-fledged refrigerator in the room. We would return to this hotel.
