Let me start with the good:
1. The environment is really beautiful, especially the public area

1. The swimming pool is too cold

I visited for my honeymoon and was so, so satisfied. I stayed for 2 nights and it was so great and time flew byㅜㅠ The morning yoga teacher was so kind and fun! All the staff members were really kind and the massage was really great!! Best stay ever! Amazing views and environment with a top notch service, very sad we’ll have to leave. Valley Villas are super nice, we didn’t try the pool though because it was a but chilly. Very good food options at a reasonable price. Same for the Spa, I had the best massage ever!

This was the best service, the staff were so nice that we booked the next hotel of this brand. They helped me with the documents, delivered the bike to the hotel, breakfast in the room, cookies and a coffee machine. Very tasty. It's 15 minutes by bike to the center of Ubud. Clean, quiet, tasty
