Resort has aged. The three swimming pool is a plus point. However, the main pool’s forest view is currently obstructed by the construction of a building(not sure if new building belongs to Komaneka). Service level provided by staffers are good.

My favorite hotel on this trip to Bali!
The whole environment is very private and quiet, and the service is also very good. Every time I come back from going out, the night bed service has been carefully done, and the room is spotless, which really makes people feel at ease.
The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the city center, of course it is also convenient to call Grab. Handmade chocolates were also given upon check-in, which tasted very good and were a little surprise.
What I remember most is the street lights at night: lit candle wicks are placed on both sides of the path, and the flames are swaying, which is very warm and peaceful. During the day, these lights will be carefully removed, and there will be no traces of candles at all. The management and details are really done to the extreme.
I give 100 points for service and management, and I will definitely stay here again next time!

Let me start with the good:
1. The environment is really beautiful, especially the public area

4. The food is delicious!
The bad:
1. The swimming pool is too cold
