Very bad experience
1. The overall facilities are very old, the room is not clean, the towels are very torn, and the quilt has big stains. The sink is blocked and the bedside table drawer is broken
2. They said they would pick us up in Ubud at 20.15, but we didn't get a car until 20.50. We caught a cold and wasted a lot of time. Complaints to the hotel were fruitless, and the hotel's attitude was very bad

The room is spacious but the hotel is far away from the market and activities but there is free transport. They give you only 2 water bottles per day and if you want more its too costly. The pool was clean and good. But bathroom needs more cleaning.

Das Hotel Payogan hat uns sehr herzlich mit einem Welcome Drink empfangen, wir erhielten alle notwendigen Details sowie ein Willkommensgeschenk an der Rezeption. Im Anschluss wurden wir mit dem Shuttle zu unserer Unterkunft gebracht, welche wunderschön aussah. Sie war groß, sauber und jeden Tag wurde mehrmals gefragt, ob mit unserem Zimmer bzw. dem Service alles in Ordnung sei. Auf alle Wünsche oder Anfragen wurde umgehend eingegangen. Der Service im Hotel ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und alle sind sehr freundlich! Es war uns immer wieder eine Freude von Guntur, Dayu, Wija, Tu Adi, Mita und Dek Uma bedient zu werden. Jedes Mal wenn wir jemandem vom Personal gesehen haben wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder hier her kommen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel mitten in der Natur.

Payogan Villa Resort has its pros and cons. The location isn’t the most convenient for exploring, and the rooms could use a bit of updating. But the service? Absolutely incredible. Wayan, Juli, Panji, Putri, Saskia, and Ajus truly made the stay. Their kindness, attention, and warmth more than made up for everything else. I’ll remember their hospitality long after I’ve forgotten the small flaws. Thank you for making it special.

Super mooi hotel aan de rand van ubud. Je leeft midden in de natuur. Hadden een privé huisje (2 aparte kamers met aparte ingang) en een privé zwembad. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Super vriendelijke mensen.
