The hotel is perfectly located on the first line in Legian, the territory is large and green, although abandoned in places. The rooms and infrastructure are old, in some places museum-like. The furniture is sturdy, but it is not a fact that it has ever been changed since the hotel opened in the 80s. I do not recommend taking the apartments, very poor equipment. In the extra room there is a sink, a microwave and a minimum of dishes, as well as many empty cabinets. The apartments themselves are located as far as possible from the beach and reception, with special luck they can check you in right above the neighboring loud night restaurant. In fact, there is no soundproofing.
The staff can only smile politely. Upon check-in, they issued the wrong cheaper rooms, happily informed that they were nearby, after clarification, everything was changed in another 20 minutes. For some reason, they did not forget to take the deposit. But when checking out, despite having a receipt, the return of the deposit took 50 minutes, for which the entire reception staff was assembled (it did not help), then they called the cashier, the chief accountant and the senior manager. As a result of a long useless process, they said that they could not find the deposit in dollars, the cash desk was unavailable (in the middle of the working day!!!), so they would give me rupees that I did not need at that time. They do not answer questions, do not offer alternatives, in fact, they forcibly exchanged money without my consent.

Great location. Great service. The rooms themselves are a bit old, but the interior of the hotel is just super. The service staff is very friendly. When we checked in, the toilet in the room did not flush, they immediately changed the room, no problem. We stayed for three days, were very pleased.

The price is great for a room with a refrigerator, hot shower, and bathtub right in front of the beach.
There is a convenience store and laundry just outside the lobby, which is convenient.
The standard room is a simple, old-fashioned type. The queen bed was small for three people (two adults and a 5-year-old child), so we should have gotten an extra bed or a larger room.

The stay was comfortable, exactly as planned. The hotel territory is divided into two parts, each of which has swimming pools and restaurants. The larger part has a bar, music, the smaller one is more private, for older guests. On the territory there are all kinds of activities for children, face painting, braiding, roasting corn, etc. Beautiful green territory, squirrels and rats running around. The rooms are quite simple but with the necessary set. The hotel is mainly visited by foreigners.
