Had flight cancelled due to volcano. Contacted Trip.com to cancel hotel as Jetstar could not rebook for 5 days.
Hotel cancelled booking and would not refund or reschedule
They cancelled accommodation even before I would have arrived if the flight happened.
Guess at least they were quick to cancel and not give a .............
