Great location. Smack in the heart of Kuta. An oasis that delivers unbelievable value. Short walk to beachwalk mall and wonderful
Surfing beach.
Look out for a back to basics hidden gem Manna grilled fish just a short trek away to the left upon exit. It’s super fresh and super delicious. The owners Favio and Andy are super friendly and loving. Speaks first class English.

The hotel is worth the money, two pools, the pool at the top is great for morning swims, beautiful views. The service is good, the staff is diligent. The area is not large, but well-groomed. If you book on the weekend, the music in the nearby bars is late. The breakfasts are hearty, fruits, vegetables, there is a choice, in general. There was a misunderstanding regarding the accommodation of three adults; it turns out that paid accommodation for three does not mean an extra bed. Let's be smarter from now on: bed and breakfast for two adults is cheaper. There is a hairdryer and accessories in the room, many balconies overlook the walls of neighboring buildings, there is no dryer. There are many cafes and massage parlors nearby, but it takes about ten minutes to get to the best ice cream cafe (coconut) in Kuta :) To those who are worried about the cleanliness of textiles, my condolences: the bed linen and especially the towels are very old.

Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms, large area with an internal garden, 2 swimming pools, gym, spa, convenient location, Legian beach within walking distance, near a large shopping center. The hotel has a delicious buffet breakfast, you can choose Indonesian or European food, unlimited juices, tea and coffee throughout the day. I'll be happy to come back again. :)
