Leuk hotel dat een likje verf kan gebruiken, maar prima qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Mooie locatie dicht bij het strand en de mall. Drukke straat met verschillende kroegjes en restaurantjes. Soms wat last van lawaaierige gasten, maar dat zal in Kuta overal zo zijn.
Jammer dat er bij het uit checken, terwijl de taxi staat te wachten om ons naar de boot te brengen, 500k rupia in rekening wordt gebracht voor iets waarvan wij zeker weten dat wij het niet kapot hebben gemaakt.
We hadden geen tijd om in discussie te gaan dus hebben maar betaald.
Dit maakte het voor ons een vervelende ervaring.

The breakfast has enough varieties of food and its sufficient for ones needs. Location is v good, walking distance to Beachwalk Shopping Center, a large shopping mall with top brands for clothes etc. It has a food court on the 3rd floor serving all types of food. The beach is just across the mall.
For the hotel, problem is the bathroom.. It has not shower door and after each shower the bathroom is wet.
There is a nice nail, eyebrow service on the ground floor and the staff is very pleasant.
Would not recommend a hair wash there in the hotel.

예약했던 룸이 곰팡이 냄새가 너무나서 트립닷컴에 메세질 보냈더니 바로 조치 해줬고 호텔측에서 업그레이드 해줘서 조금더 편한 시간을 지냈습니다. 호텔은 쿠타에 있고 위치는 좋아요. 그런데 나이드신 분들이 혹시 가시면 불편할것 같아요. 복도가 좋고 어두워서 저녁에는 좀 서늘합니다. ㅠㅠ
아침 식사는 대체적으로 괜찮지만 수건등은 세탁을 해도 물이 않좋은건지 회색빛에 가까워요.
이것 저것 생각하면 가성비가 괜찮은것 겉아요. 주변에 상점이 많고 발맛사지 또 몰도 걸어갈만한 곳에 있어요.

早めに予約したら安いかと思いますし、場所などはいいと思いますが、
メガネ女性のフロント係の方が対応が残念です。
ホスピタリティを感じない。
困り事があったので電話してと伝えると自分で話してねと。
多くのホテルでは客の困り事を現地の言葉で話してくれて解決してくれるが、自分で話しと言われました。
その他掃除頼んだのにしてくれてなかったりおそらくフロントが、伝えわすれかな？
値段安いから割り切りでリピありかもだが、
スタッフの対応で気分良くも悪くもなりますね。
