I stayed in a pool view room. The pool was nice, the spa was great, there was a bathtub in the room, the food in the hotel was cheap and delicious, overall it was great, at least worth the price

I stayed for one day, but it's an old hotel. The room condition was also very old, and I made a reservation for late check-in, but it took a long time to confirm my reservation on Trip.com. I waited for over 30 minutes, and the room I entered was so stuffy that I requested an upgrade, but they asked for 10,000 won in cash. I even had to go to the ATM, and I barely managed to pay the money and upgrade.
Breakfast was included, but I wanted to eat it, but my wife said no, so we went out to eat. The breakfast was like school lunch.
This hotel really gave me a hard day,
However, I was grateful that they kept my luggage.

Electeical hazard - manager said "I dont care" Terrible. Dangerous hotel. Engineer came to fix very loud electrical buzzing- can hear from hallway. They just stick a plastic card in electrical unit for 'repair' - creating a safety hazard. Changed room at 3am. Loud cleaners smashing walls at 7am. I arranged late check out and agreed to pay extra- but they harrass me instead of checking with other staff. After that, all staff really terrible. Office manager Echa was aggressive & threaten to call police. One staff was good - Adam- he tried to change room and provide refund , but after Echa was aggressive Adam left for lunch.
Also hair from previous guests in bathroom. Unlike most hotels in Bali with small problems but helpful attitude. This hotel like to make more problems after one problem begins.
At first Adam explained most staff wear training. But the staff that worked there a long time made nothing but extra problems (except Adam who just went for lunch) - even the FOH manager said 'I don't care'. This never happens at other hotels in Bali. Choose another. A very negative experience 1/10. Definitely avoid this hotel whilst Eka is managing as his style is aggressive without finding out any information. Been to Bali 10+ years , this is the only hotel this has ever been so bad

Use the pool view
Refreshing. Feels good.
The food was okay. There were mosquitoes, but I think they are everywhere in a hot country.
The poolside bar was especially impressive.

Pleasant stay, there was no hot water in the first room to take my shower but the staff managed well but assigned me another room with hot water. The staff is attentive, it's great!

They charged us for towels that we didn’t even use. We only had 1 day booking and we even arrived around 2am. And upon checking they found 4 towels with stains! But, I only use 1 once since my friends didn’t shower at all! And, they even told us that we stayed for more than a night!
