I booked a superior room but was given a standard room. Staff insisted it was a superior room but my friends superior room was definitely more superior to my room. Bathtub leaked and a pool of water was outside the bath in the morning after a shower the night before. Door lock difficult. I was bitten by mosquito's worse than ever in my life..maybe 100 bites in two nights, despite the hotel providing plug in repellent and rollon.
On a positive note staff at the restaurant were very good.

I highly recommend the spa in the hotel. I used it for two consecutive days. The environment was very good and comfortable. All the hotel service staff were very nice and solved any problems immediately. There were also various activities in the hotel, but we were in a hurry and didn't catch up. I will stay here again next time.

It is very convenient to go anywhere in the center of Ubud. The environment is also good. We booked a superior room. The hotel provides various activities, such as yoga. The hotel environment is OK. The waiters are warm and thoughtful. Tips are not required. The breakfast is simple and traditional Western style. There are some small fruits to eat. Tradtional Balinese accomodation. The staff were extrodinary, very friendly and nothing wastoo much for them. we had breakfas included in our package which was a great range and made to order, very fresh. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. the location was brilliant, right in downtown Ubud. we really loved it here and would hesitate to come back.

Stayed for 5 nights, very pleased with everything. Roome clean and beds comfy, pool and restaurant was good. Staff was excellent, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant. They even arranged a romatic breakfast set up on our private balcony to celebrate our anniversary.

Had a really lovely stay at Dewangga with my sister. Accommodation was very clean, pool and restaurant are nice, and the staff are so helpful. The free foot massage on arrival was a real treat!

Great location, right in the middle of Ubud, but it didn't feel busy and noisy - a great place to come back to at the end of a long day! The staff were lovely and helpful, but not intrusive at all. The room was not new, but spotless and very comfortable and we loved the gardens and koi!

Out family had a wonderful stay and the staff and manager couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful and it really gave our visit the personal touch. Our rooms were lovely, the bed was HUGE, the aircon was nice and cold and the bathroom facilities were great too. The location is fabulous, in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, but when your in your room it's so quiet you wouldn't know you were in the heart of Ubud. They have a laundry service which was great fit peace of mind and very reasonably priced. The manager invited us to a traditional Bali dance/music afternoon with good and drinks provided and it was a highlight of our trip and another way we were made to feel like honoured guests. We will definitely be back again!
