We stayed for 5 nights, really liked the pool on the roof, also on the floor with the pool there is a restaurant with a view where DJ sets take place under the sunset with a view of the ocean, we were presented with complimentary drinks upon arrival, the location is excellent 5 minutes away a huge shopping center, various cafes, two 24-hour stores. The only thing we did not like was the lack of drying clothes, but there is a laundry room with free access, but we only managed to wash clothes, the dryers were almost always busy, a good fitness center equipped with everything you need, free indoor parking.

I was very happy to choose this hotel on the last night of my 18-day trip to Bali. The room I was initially assigned was on the 5th floor, but the air conditioner in the room had a problem and would not cool. After reporting it to the front desk, they immediately sent a maintenance person. After confirming that the problem could not be solved, they arranged to move me to a room on the first floor and proactively informed me that I could delay check-out until 6pm.
Pros: Very nice front desk staff; free use of washer and dryer; great gym; free yoga and other classes; great rooftop pool and view, and great restaurant.

The service and atmosphere of the hotel were both excellent.
