Modern comfortable place to stay, with beach across the road and plenty of food choices at Accom or very close by. Exceptional cleaned room to a high standard everyday. All hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making my stay great

The hotel is very hip and modern. The infinity pool is the one i like the most in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Its located in the best location in kuta of which next to the beaches and only 5-10 mins walk to the kuta beach walk shopping center. The only draw back in this hotel is the gym equipment not enough. Others are perfect . Will definitely stay again.

Don't book this place, there are many pitfalls, the room is small, the soundproofing is not good, the distance between the buildings is very small, the curtains can't be opened at all, and everything is self-service, there is no service, I don't mean there is less service, there is really no service. Finally, the mini bar items are all charged, and they are very expensive, and there is no reminder that they are charged (because other similar hotels, the mini bar items are all-you-can-eat and drink, a can of Coke is 35,000 yuan, a bottle of Red Bull is 60,000 yuan, and in the end I paid 500 yuan for these things, which is worse than robbery)

We have nothing to complain but the service is top notch. The location was strategic. There is a minimart right by the hotel. Although it has bar on the rooftop, the music didn't effect us at all as it is not noisy

The service is very good.
The only downside is that there are bugs biting me when I sleep. I think the carpet under the bed is not clean and the bugs will crawl onto the bed. I suggest that the hotel can remove the carpet that is difficult to clean.
